At LookerOnline, we want you to be completely satisfied with your eyewear; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the eyewear in its original designer case and packaging, ensuring all tags, cleaning cloths, and certificates of authenticity are included.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it securely to the outside of your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our specialists inspect the returned items to ensure they are in original condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
